Then you set your intentions for an excellent day of being productive and feeling good.
And finally, you get to center yourself with meditation, and connect to your Source feeling awesome.

My AIM Routine Story
I do this because most times, I don't get out of bed early enough to do the long-form morning routine which usually takes about an hour or more. With the simple AIM Routine, 75% of my mind, body, and soul goals for the day are complete.
The effort it takes to complete the AIM Morning Routine can be anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes or less.
