You Can Be Happy Now: Let’s Cover a Few Housekeeping Points

That seems pretty loaded, I hear the words “Polly Anna” (google it) because stuff happens. I am not asking you to put your head in the sand and ignore the sky falling around you, that is what got you and I want to tell you that when you start your journey to cultivating the happy habit and stick with it, when “stuff” happens, you will not feel like the ground beneath you has just been snatched from under your feet. I promise you that eventually, you will view these events in a completely different way.

Also, to be honest, the word, “happy” really means, feeling good, living from that space, mindset, and energy vibration.

Remember this basic Law of Attraction Formula

Feelings (emotions) = Vibrations
You deposit feelings in your Universal Vibrations Bank
This is the bank the Universal taps into to manifest your desires.
So whatever you deposit is what the Universe takes out.
You deposit good, you get good.
You deposit gratitude, you get reasons to be grateful.

After what felt like a lifetime of depositing things I did not want into the Universal Manifesting Bank, I learned real fast to watch what I was depositing and take responsibility for those deposits. Soon when something not so desirable came out, I could trace that outcome back to a thought I’d had or an experience that I let get to me, or a person I let rub me the wrong way. NO PUN INTENDED.

Now that we have covered the few housekeeping points that might keep you struggling with the word “Happy”, let me share one last thing with you. Our default mode as humans is to be happy. It is just that life comes along and piles crap on that “happy”.

We Should All Be Cultivating the Happy Habit

I want to help us all peel back the layers of hurt, anger, guilt, worry, regret, pain, loss, and more. But I am going to make it so easy to do, that you will like your new habits, you will like your new self, and you will watch with absolute amazement as your stars begin to align and one day you will say to yourself, and sometimes EVERYONE within earshot, that I am happy.

I AM HAPPY!!!

You can be happy now, this is a truth I have experienced in my life first hand. The first thing you have to do to be happy is to decide that you are ready to be happy.
