Emotions have the power to help propel you to your goals. It takes a majority of us a long time to realize that this is the missing element in our system. However, once you’ve figured this out, you are well on your way to mastering living the life of your dreams.

Your emotions charge your world. Once you learn to harness the power of your emotions, you will have the rocket fuel that energizes your thoughts and creates your reality.

It is important that you know that both your negative and positive emotions have the power to manifest your dominant thoughts.

You need to create a system to help you take control of your emotions. Your emotions hold the power to create the life of your dreams. It is important that you are the one in charge of that power. In other words, if you let your emotions run wild, you will be creating something whether you like it or not.

“Your emotions are your indicators of the vibrational content of your Being, in every moment. And so, when you become aware of the feeling of your emotions, you can also be aware of your vibrational offering.” – Esther Hicks

Think of emotions like a magnet that attracts like particles to itself. You put your emotional particles out into the world, and the magnet draws things that match that emotion back to you. Want to guess what kind of objects negative emotions attract, and what positive emotions attract?

Do Something:
The first thing to do is to learn to identify what are feeling; classify it, good, or bad. Start tracking what you are manifesting based on your dominant emotion, are you always angry, afraid, sad, worried? Or happy, hopeful, joyous, and great?

Self Test: If you are feeling good, you are open to the good things you desire. If you are feeling bad, you are away from what you desire.

If you remember that you emotions ignite your ability to manifest your dreams, you will learn to use your emotions as a guide to what you are manifesting.

Good Emotions = Manifesting Good
Bad Emotions = Manifesting Not So Great.
