The Power of Setting Intentions

Setting intentions is an amazing self-help tool, I call it the instant gratification tool. Set the intention and watch with amazement as your intentions manifests with little effort on your part. Setting intentions is an easy tool to use, you just say what you want, and you are done. “Today, I want to do this, this and this. Things just fall into place, and at a certain point. You just have to make a conscious effort not to sabotage yourself, by consciously wasting time or doing things contradictory to what you truly want.

When you set intentions, it is up to you to get on the frequency of what you want to manifest.

Setting intentions is a most have for your morning routine. It is like telling the universe, “this is what I want to happen today, please see that it gets done.”

Even if you have only a 50% chance of the intentions you set for yourself happen, it is still 50% than if you did not set those intentions.

Element 7: Learn to Be on the Frequency of the Life You Want to Manifest
What is Frequency? When you think about something, and you are supercharged with emotions, you get on the same vibrational frequency as that thing, and you will see it manifest in your life.

An easy example is, thinking of someone and then they contact you, or you see them. Most times you find yourself thinking of something you don’t want to happen then it happens (this last one is so common it is literally painful sometimes), you know, like thinking, I don’t want to fall, I don’t want to fall, and then you fall.

Why is Frequency Important?
You want to be on the same vibrational frequency as what you desire for what you desire to come to you. I want you to think of everything that you want as being on a vibrational frequency as in a radio wave. Think of yourself also being on a vibrational frequency, to manifest your desires, your goal is to get your frequency on the same wavelength as what you desire.

The key to vibrating on the frequency of what you want are your emotions. When you are happy, you vibrating at a high frequency, which is where all the good things you want are also vibrating. The better you feel, the higher your frequency. You control your vibrational frequency by controlling your emotions.

You must take the time to develop a clear vision of what you want to manifest, because it is that clarity that your subconscious mind needs to create exactly what you want.

You will start your journey with the end in mind.

Create a Morning Routine

Do you have a morning routine? Would it go anything like this: Alarm goes off, you whine, hit snooze, curse the morning and why you have to go to work? Then you spend the day irritated because your day snowballs down a path that just makes you wish you never got out of bed.

Would you rather wake up, hit the alarm, take 5 to 10 minutes to bless the day, bless yourself, and say your morning affirmation. Then you set your intentions for an awesome day, center yourself with meditation, and connect to your source.

The later is a lot let effortless than it sounds. Once you have your super simple morning routine done, get out of bed, and start your day knowing you have enlisted the help of the Universe (God) to help you live as your best-self today.

What I described above is my super easy morning routine. I call it the AIM plan:

See yourself experiencing what you desire is the sixth element in the manifesting equation. You know what your ideal life looks like, it is time to see yourself living that life in your mind.

You have to see yourself walking through your dream home, see yourself in your perfect relationship, and visualize yourself doing what you love. Now take your vision up a notch, and feel how you want to feel when you are living the life of your dreams.

Since you may have never experienced the majority of what you want, knowing the feeling might be hard to think of right now, just pull up a feeling from a time you were happy, or your burning desire, and tap into that emotion when you visualize something you have never experienced.
