The Importance of Gratitude

The Importance of Gratitude - Levnow

The Importance of Gratitude

Gratitude is the fastest, cheapest, easiest, and healthiest mood changer on the planet. Gratitude will change your mood within minutes. I would say seconds, but I am not trying to oversell gratitude here, but, believe me, it works.

It is the simplest things ever. When I first started using gratitude as my first choice to “feel better now,” I had two things, my niece and the sky (granted I live in San Francisco, we have beautiful sky, when it is not foggy.) What I am trying to say is that you can start with something as simple as that, not the beautiful niece, but the sky, and you can build up from there.

There are so many ways to practice the art of gratitude. Find a practice that works for you and one you can incorporate effortlessly into your everyday life.

Gratitude is the simple act of counting your blessings. Sometimes things seem too hard to find what the blessings are but even if you start small, the act of gratitude multiplies itself. You can start with one thing, then you have two, then you have four. Before you know it, you are beaming around town radiating gratitude.

5 Types of Meditation for Beginners

5 Types of Meditation for Beginners - Levnow

Types of Meditation

Here is a quick low down on the best types of meditation for beginners. If you have ever thought you wanted to meditate, then meditation is for you.

Most people shy away from meditation because they believe that they aren’t disciplined enough, or that they have inadvertently joined a religion, but this is not the case.

Meditation is as good for the soul as stretching is for the body. Since we are also all about manifesting here, meditation is one of the top five most valuable tools for manifesting your desires. Take a look at the list below, find a style that works for you or mix them up for variety.

Types of Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness meditation is one of the most popular kinds of meditation. You bring all your awareness to the present moment. You do this by sitting straight-backed in a chair, the floor, or your bed, while paying attention to your breath. Breathe in, breathe out. Breathe in, and breathe out. Do this for the duration of your meditation, and you are meditating.

Success 101: Top 3 Elements for Your Success

This Success 101 “Class” will give you tips and tools to use these top 3 elements for your success.

The level of human potential has never been more evident than it is today.  We have taken leaps and bounds creating technological and scientific breakthroughs only seen in science fiction movies.  We have created mega-successful companies from our garages, and sofas with the aid of our trusty laptops.

The future is wide open.

Success is not reserved for the chosen few.  Anyone has the potential to be great, regardless of their background, education, or economic status. You just need to have the right tools, the best mindset for your needs, and you are ready to go.

Top 3 Elements for Your Success

All successful people have a powerful belief in themselves. They know what they are capable of and are willing to push themselves to the limit. Belief in yourself is what is going to be the rocket fuel for your success. It is the belief in yourself that is going to get you out of bed to complete that project that kept you up all night.

Belief is the element that is going to keep the vision of the life you want burning brightly in your mind. It is the boost your confidence needs whenever you have to go back to the drawing board to start over.

“Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, your are right.”

Finding Mr. Right

Finding Mr Right Using the Law of Attraction - Levnow

Finding Mr. Right is possible, he is not the myth we were all led to think he was. Some ladies believe they will find the sasquatch (abominable snowman for those girlies that are less Scifi than most) before they come across Mr. Right.

Well, let us squash that myth right now. If the Universal Laws are as constant as the laws of physics then Mr. Right is right there waiting for you. He is somewhere in your Wish Vortex just waiting to you to get on his Frequency.

Finding Mr. Right the Mind Game

Finding Mr. Right should become a Mind over Matter subject, if you believe you will find Mr. Right, then you will. Look around you I am sure you can find someone who is rocking a Mr. Right on her arm right now. And what do I always say? “If one person can do it so can you, you just have to want it good enough.”
